The Station Hotel

96 – 102 Greville Street Prahran

The six-storey development completed in 2015, incorporated the heritage-listed pub, which ran for 108 years. The mixed use development comprises 28 one bedroom apartments and 13 two bedroom apartments.

The development saw the conversation of the hotel plus five additional retail shops, with three levels on the street and rising to six levels on the rear.

The project designed by Interlandi Mantesso Architects and build by Figurehead Construction.
